Once your design is validated in CAD Kirby Carbon can run small scale production runs or assist with finding and communicating with larger scale suppliers

How It Works

Initial Consult

The process starts with a conversation, listening to your creative ideas, scope, and vision for the project. After an initial discussion I can determine your requirements, budget, and timeframe. Using all of this information I can put together a quote or estimate giving you an idea of the project cost. For more complex, larger, and more bespoke projects I can create a seperate fee proposal for initial costing and design work.

Design Development

After the initial consult I can produce working 2D and 3D draft drawings of your project, this is where your feedback is listened to and implemented into the design. Using experience I can suggest certain design elements and materials to achieve your desired outcome. In this stage rapid prototyping may be used to validate designs. Once the concept is finalised the project can be 3D drafted for production.

Production

Making it real! This is where the project moves from the computer into reality, during this process I keep clients informed on the progress being made on their projects and welcome them to the workshop to view it at milestone points. Once complete clients can have projects delivered or collect from the workshop directly.
