Kirby Carbon delivers start to finish industrial design, prototyping, and small scale manufacturing to businesses and private clients. Using Fusion 360, 3D Printing, laser scanning, and CNC machines I am equipped to design and fabricate a wide range of bespoke products and projects in a range of materials. Most of my work involves engineering plastics, aluminium, and wood.

Parametric Computer Design

A large part of what I do here at Kirby Carbon is CAD design work, creating concepts and working with clients to take the idea that they had and put it on a page so they can easily share it with others. The largest benefit In designing and iterating in a parametric workspace like Fusion is that the product is in a format which allows for it to be produced easily using traditional manufacturing techniques like CNC.
